Viralla products are selected to offer natural-looking texture, shape, and color for everyday styling. Realism can vary by stem, arrangement style, lighting, and viewing distance, so we recommend reviewing product photos and descriptions closely.

Many of our faux florals work well for weddings, events, and styled gatherings. If you are planning a larger setup, we suggest reviewing product dimensions carefully and contacting us in advance for event or bulk-order guidance.

For best results, we generally recommend using faux florals indoors unless a product listing specifically notes a different use case. Long periods of direct sun, moisture, wind, or heat may affect color and overall appearance over time.

We do our best to show product colors as accurately as possible. Screen settings, lighting, photography, and product batches can cause slight differences in how color, texture, or finish appear in person.

Shipping & Delivery

Viralla currently ships to eligible destinations shown at checkout, including the United States and select international locations. If your address is not accepted during checkout, we may not currently offer shipping to that region.

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, the selected shipping method, carrier conditions, customs processing, and whether an order ships in multiple packages.

Once your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

We pack orders with care to help protect them during transit. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Some oversized, fragile, heavy, or multi-box items may require additional shipping or handling charges.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept eligible returns within 21 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, untrimmed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with original packaging whenever possible.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and help with the next steps.

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, color, size, or style, we generally recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order.

To start a return, please contact us within 21 days of delivery and include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. We may also ask for photos of the item and packaging before approving the return.

Care & Styling

For routine care, use a soft dry cloth, duster, or soft brush to remove dust gently. Avoid harsh cleaners, bleach, or abrasive tools on petals, leaves, or decorative finishes.

After unpacking, gently separate stems, fluff petals, and shape leaves by hand to create a more natural look. Mixing different heights and adding greenery can also help arrangements feel fuller and more layered.

Many faux stems can be bent or trimmed to help fit your vase or arrangement. Because construction can vary by item, we recommend handling stems carefully and using proper floral or wire-cutting tools when needed.

Start by shaping the stems, then vary the height and angle to create a softer, more natural arrangement. Greenery can help add texture and balance, and a vase with enough opening and weight usually makes styling easier.

Orders & Support

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Please contact us right away if you notice an address error. We will do our best to help before the order moves forward, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment.
